Well a very busy day made worse by this mornings traffic this is the A720 Edinburgh City bypass today. Which set me behind all day.

I managed to get caught up, just, and with the help of my darling wife I made it to my Entonox training course tonight.

One top tip, make sure you have the casualty remove chewing gum before trying out the entonox, taking a large deep breath with a bit of chewing gum in your mouth is not a good idea! This comes from the man that just inhaled his chewing gum! FOOL!
