A Day to Run

Up early today to run The richmond 10k, and what a cold start to the day...just 1 degree as we drove to the venue! It took 2 miles for my feet to even defrost! Ran a good time (for me anyway) of 52:13

Gave my new trainers a good going anyway...Not happy about the mud on them though!
