Yesterday’s book

I don’t know why I bought this, probably because I haven’t read a Barbara Taylor Bradford for a while and wondered how it would stack up to more “modern” authors. Anyway I would recommend it for easy holiday reading, it was set in Connecticut, Turkey and Berlin in the Second World War and taught me a few things I didn’t know. Everyone was a bit too glamorous, rich and lovely so not like me!

Minded the fabulous four grandsons today while Bob and their parents went car shopping. This evening we have Grange for tea so won’t be spending much time on blip.
