Four for three

One of the joys of living in France, especially here in the South, is the wealth of local markets with stalls brimming with fresh fruit and vegetables. We know to get there early though and we were in Apt this morning just as everything was set up and people were sitting with coffee before shopping. 

There was an abundance of melons, as we are only a short distance from Cavaillon - THE melon centre. In the middle of July they hold a Melon Festival in the town. 

We bought melons, but not four. They are delicious, but there is a limit to how many we can eat! .
