Bridgewater Concert
A bit of culture this evening attending the performance of the Bridgewater Sinfonia. The conductor is a friend and we have many friends from my choir playing in the orchestra or in the audience so it is a very social occasion. There's always a bit of a party afterwards too. The performance was in St Peter's Church in Berkhamsted, with a very red ceiling although not architecturally interesting.
The final work in tonight's programme was Elgar's Enigma Variations - very dramatic and exciting.
