Curled up

A day of chores interspersed with a long swim.
Found this one curled up on a wall in the garden.

There's a real sense of the season changing now, récent storms have torn a lot of leaves from the trees, the rest are on the turn , the vegetable plots are now mostly empty, and a frost forecast. Hopefully the little caterpillar will find somewhsre sheltered to overwinter.
