Castle Arcade, Cardiff

Cardiff was a surprise. We'd been to the shopping area a few years ago and found the modern indoor precincts, which have lots of the big name shops but are a bit soulless. This time we discovered these old arcades, full of fascinating shops and enticing cafes. Beneath this balcony were a magic shop full of Harry Potter stuff and a whole shop selling board games.
