Picturesque Fife

No it isn't funny.
I had to drive onto the grass to get past this.

They call it "Fly tipping", in an attempt to get out of paying for it to be uplifted and disposed of. I hope the authorities can trace the items origin and throw the book at the culprits.

Scotland is beautiful, it's just heartbreaking that idiots can try to ruin it.

Had a call from Fife council on 26th, thanking me for the notification. They had had several similar contacts about this. They were going to investigate and get someone to pick it up when they were in the area, probably sometime next week!!!!!!!!
What do we pay council tax for? I should have sent the photo to the papers.
