Guess Where?

Yes, this is in Bellingham.

In fact, it's in Fairhaven, just across the train tracks from Marine Park, where I took the photo you saw in yesterday's blip.

I took quite a few photos in Marine Park during a brief sunny period this afternoon, but none of them pleased me. So then I took this photo. And then I tried the same scene, but set my camera on Dramatic Tone. (Of course!)

And to my eye, the City of Bellingham's Post Point Wastewater Treatment Plant suddenly became a thing of beauty.
