If only...

... we could find a landmark at the same time as using the locator on the camera (phone to most people) then take a screenshot so we knew where the landmark was in the wood.  Intrepid explorers that Brian and I are, we only have a folk recollection of an Open Area where we want to start the replanting.  On the one hand the Open Area is not evident on this 'map', and on the other, when we are in there we don't know where we are and we are finding the wood devoid of other useable landmarks.  The three location features we think exist are the Giant Willow, the Sedge patch and the Open Area.  Although we can follow our path-so-far in and out, we are otherwise lost when we are in there and have so far failed to find any of the 3 location features.  And the replanting season is approaching fast.  Where are the Famous Five when you need them.
