This section would have sold for a very large amount before the quakes, I wonder if it still will? There's been a lot of damage round the area, and it's in a tsunami zone, but that doesn't seem to worry people.

An update on our "wonderful" experience with the professionalism of EQC/Fletchers - another appointment, another rush to be there, another time they haven't bothered to either turn up or let us know they weren't going to. Absolutely unbelievable - 4 times now, wonder how many it will be? We ring, we email, we talk to many different people at many different levels, and still nothing. We don't what to do.
