Colourful veg.

You start by aiming at 5 a day.  Tick.  And 10 a day must be better than 5 a day, even if there is some loss of full portion size on some of the 10.  Tick Then you add the challenge of going for 30 different fruit and veg in the course of a month.  Tick.  Variety of colours is supposed to indicate a variety of good things in the fruit and veg, so what about adding a colour challenge as well ...
