Blue and Grey

I was awoken this morning by a strange noise. I guessed that it was the rain, but it was a noise I had not heard before. There was torrential rain and this was bouncing off the gas meter case, which has now been placed outside and was the source of the noise.
 
It rained for much of the day, but I went outside to get a picture when the sun was shinning, today’s picture shows how quickly the weather changed; this was taken within five minutes of me going outside in brilliant sunshine.
