Man Talk

You know what it's like when men get together. We have a bit of a laugh but the conversation inevitably turns to man things. I bumped into my oldest friend in the supermarket yesterday, a bloke I've known for nearly 45 years, and you can guess what we talked about. Yes, that's right; cooking. He was doing a curry so that his wife had something as soon as she got in because she was going to be out all day, and I thought to myself it's a while since I did one, so I decided to do one tonight. So this is one of many ingredients for mine tonight and the big question is, leave the seeds in for heat or take them out for flavour?
