Reunited

Early start to get back to Mourão in time for the Eucharist. Then lunch with the Padre, and a well deserved nap. Then to C and E's to see R and M (whose flat we've been staying in, in Lisbon), and to collect Lula.

Julia was happy to be reunited with him, though not quite as cuddly as last time she saw him. Get the feeling Lula is going to thoroughly enjoy having two more humans to torment run around with. It was a hot day, around 40C, so much for autumn. We were all glad to get in the Lake for a swim, even though it was dusk. The almost full moon was stunning, rising above the trees.

The men have gone off to the Roma church; us women are enjoying the peace.
