River Ness level was fairly high, for the first time in months, at the Infirmary footbridge, in Inverness.

Suspect the Council has decided to change its bylaw on not permitting cycling over this footbridge, as it's given up all hope of successfully enforcing it. The Cyclist Must Dismount signs have gone and new Share with Care ones have appeared. I've just decided to go for the safer option (for everyone), and continue to walk my bike over.
