Free flowers - a couple of teeny Pansies that have started growing in the drive. Don't know where they've come from, but lovely to see, and I thought it better to Blip them now, lest they don't appear again next year - like the similarly teeny purple wild orchid that started growing in my front lawn grass/moss last year. Carefully avoided chopping it with the mower all Summer, and hoped it might seed and sprout with some others this year. There was no sign of it, or any others. Perhaps too dry - not something you can normally say about the local climate.
The above may well have come from seeds blown from a neighbour's garden. Would happily leave them growing all over that area, rather than the constant battle with other more awkward plants (weeds!).
