A saying to live by.....

My sister made this for our dad many years ago.. It's a saying with so much meaning. I knew it was with my dad at the place he was at but somebody finally put it up on the wall beside his bed where it should be.. Although he was having a very difficult time just swallowing sips of water and he had a very soft voice... he cracked many jokes and we laughed many times together. He did seem a bit frailer though...
