Neptune’s Playground

I rose early today for my morning constitutional. The different surroundings made for a fresh and inspiring walk. Over the past forty years Virginia Beach, VA holds. A Neptune Festival in and around its namesake’s statute. This playground sets behind it and made for an interesting moment as the sun came up.
