Christchurch.....

....in spring.

A lovely day spent in the city with blipper JMK.  We wandered through the Japanese garden at Halswell Quarry, the blossom was beautiful with it's soft delicate shades. People of all ages taking selfies with the blossom as a background.

And then we enjoyed a stroll from the Art Gallery down to the Arts Centre. Plenty of people out and about on this beautiful spring day, some strolling like us, other's enjoying cafe life, children running and laughing while music from two buskers playing a flute and violin drifted by. 

I loved being in the city today, thanks J for a wonderful time :)
