Splash of Color

Today on the beach, the sea was very dark, the foam on the waves had a brown tint, and dead fish were scattered along the beach.  We learned from a TV reporter the fish were not ocean fish, but river fish washed into the ocean from river flooding, and then washed ashore as dead fish.  Also today, an evacuation of 8,000 homes in Georgetown, SC (just south of Myrtle Beach, SC toward Charleston, SC) was ordered as cresting rivers are finally reaching the coast around the town.  The storm seems to continue as it was September 13 and 14 it arrived at the local coast.  Normally, the water is a mixture of blue and green and today it was nearly as dark as in the photo looking more like dark navy blue.
The above photo is an attempt to create a color splash of folks enjoying  a lovely day (other than debris) on the beach.
