After The Sno....

The Bossess, who is the official entertainment officer on overseas adventures, thought that we should return to the Colombia Icefield as it had been raining and dismal when we passed through on the way from Jasper and what a great decision that was.
The sun sorta shone but the light was great so today’s image is about colour. It was everywhere so we stopped and he went off exploring in a field of colour but tourists seeing a vehicle parked and a bloke wandering immediately thought animals and stopped as well and must have been disappointed to find the only animal was the Boss who on arriving back at the road shouted to some lovely German folk “Photograph me...I’m a blue bear” and got a lot of laughs back. This phenonom can be extremely bad and we have encountered a few complete road jams if someone thinks they have spotted maybe a deer. Being from a country that commercially farm them it’s a bit hard to get very excited about this. In the extras there are images of Tangle Creek and the Athabasca glacier which has receded a heap since we were here a few years ago. It was a totally super day.
