Rainbow Time

Saturday afternoon at Monterey is always dedicated to the blues—today Detroit’s Queen of the Blues, Thornetta Davis, and Jose James with his tribute to Bill Withers got the audience on their feet. And there has been a traditional walkabout by our own Rainbow Crew for as long as I can remember. Numbers have dwindled considerably over the years, but our friend V is the fearless leader of a handful of happy folks that brighten up the aisles with their New Orleans style second-line parade.
