Training buddies

My right knee wasn't fussed about running downhill but I needed to keep up with the young 'uns and we are Team Sore Knees.

I can't believe how far and fast those dogs go.

I think my ideas and thoughts are sorted for the landscape designer. I'm feeling excited about her visit next Friday.
