Here’s looking at you

This morning, we took the dogs for a walk round Pitfour Lake.
Just as we were nearing the lake, I saw a red squirrel running across the bridge.
I handed Lucy’s lead to my wife, and was lucky to see this wee beauty scrambling up a tree. I was a bit concerned when a crow landed nearby but he soon flew off.
I watched the squirrel for about ten minutes and took lots of photos.
Such a lovely way to start the week I think.
It’s only the second squirrel I have seen here.
