Beautiful Monday

A new start today. I'm on 'Our Path' as an attempt to get fitter and healthier. One of the things that is to share for moral support, so blip friends you are my moral supporters.

I also shared my decision, to a limited and select group, on as yet, confidential basis.

It was such a beautiful morning I reverted to the bus and couldn't resist this view of the Canongate Kirk.

A busy day, catching up on emails and meetings. I feel like I've been off for months, not 4 days.
