What struck my fancy

By TonyLuxton

Carved wooden statue

of St Felix who landed nearby in his coracle at Babingley a couple of miles from Sandringham around AD 615. And Sandringham is where this wooden statue of the saint and various other carvings make up the Sculpture Trail.

Of course one or two 21st century liberties have been taken here . . . .

The straight image of the saint is shown as an extra, in which he is shown carrying his coracle on his back.
