That's a dedicated dog owner! Going in up to his waist to collect a ball. Spot the ball in the air.

Went for a wander along the prom after my appointment and lunch. 
A new psychiatrist. Wasn't interested in my story, just meds. 'If you are well and functioning your meds are working. If you are unwell and struggling to function your meds aren't working. He makes it sound so simple. 
All I seemed to say was yes or no throughout. Feel slightly cheated out of a conversation! 
The end result is an extra anxiety tablet, and if that isn't working in around 3 weeks, I've to up the lithium. The GP can help me with that.
