More expensive cars = more car valeters

Roads in China have improved a lot over the years and cars are no where near as dirty as they always used to (unless you were a government official)

The cars people drive have also improved and become more and more expensive. This has led to a large surge in the number of car valeters. Of course, here, no east European workers.
