Engineering future?

We have a box full of Duplo (large Lego for smaller children) and amongst the bricks is a battery driven vehicle which other bricks can be built added. This is Hendrix's favourite bit to play with as it the mechanism makes a whirring noise and it's got wheels to turn. Hopefully this bodes well for the future of British engineering if he's taking an interest a 11 months and 23 days (he'll be one year old on 2 October, where did that year go!).
