Street scene

This is a different perspective of the back street from my Blip on 11th September.  Last time I thought it looked better in colour but this one I prefer in mono.  It's bright and sunny today and the light seems to heighten the contrasts between the natural and man made elements and the different textures.  I like the shadows created in this one too.

I've learnt something about myself since I started Blipping - it's becoming more apparent the longer I've been Blipping that I prefer slightly grungy photos rather than pretty!
