La'al Ratty

We met some friends today at Dalegarth Station, the terminus of La'al Ratty ( Ravenglass and Eskdale Railway ).

We then had a delightful circular walk around Eskdale for a couple of hours.

The railway is 15" gauge and runs from Ravenglass to Dalegarth climbing through the Esk valley.

Highly recommended! A great day out!
