Happy birthday ma!

Title says it all really :)
Intense day at work today, lots a serious, complicated poorly people today, took some thought and brain power and on the odd occasion nerves of steel to deal with, it forms this pattern, a few months, ticking along, same old complaints and them at the change of each season we get an influx for a few weeks of really tricky and head scratching cases that keep you on your toes, then it settles again.
Got my little jazzy back ( thank goodness) just needing a new battery..... Phew!
End the day with dinner with the mckays :)
