...of the chocolate courgette cake or is it courgette chocolate cake :-/

Any way after initial reservations on Sunday evening just after it was baked I have lifted those and decided it was actually quite good.

I blame the Rooster sized portions on Sunday night...he gave us all doorsteps! Subsequent helpings dished out by yours truly were more modest and for quite a rich cake more enjoyable. The Rooster wasn’t impressed though...lol.

I was impressed that yet again we managed to get some vegetables into the Buncle via cake...beetroot brownies, lemon & courgette cake and now courgette chocolate cake. Some sugar involved there too but I’ll live with that at the expansion of his vegetable consumption.

Grateful for cake made with hidden vegetables.
