It's Monday, so it must be snow *

every where looked lovely this morning. So I stopped and took some blips on Princes Street. In my mind's eye this was going to look great - the railings would add some interesting textures to the scene. However as you can see it's just two annoying pointy bits in the blip. Oh, and I wish I had got the roof of the castle in the blip too.

A little later I spotted this sad little scene. But was too worried about squatting down to blip it - and anyway it would never have looked as good as Mr Smith's.
