I sat on a boulder to shoot this

I popped to where I swim today, just in case anybody was swimming, a group of three ladies had just got out of the sea from their swim, and there has been a seal seen. Actually not just seen but the seal swam between their legs! I didn’t want to swim alone so came away disappointed. But I saw this Kestrel and so pulled into the car park, sat on a boulder and took several pictures. The trouble is they move and flap their wings as they hover, so this is the best.
