Over the hill

I have been promising to take my friend and neighbour over the hill. She is not really a walker but she can see people walking along the ridge from her spy room so wanted to go up and see what they saw. It was a lovely morning and so calm. There were lots of geese on the estuary, see extra. This is the point where the river meets the sea at the estuary. My friend had no problem at all. Distances are all in the mind and I am sure she could have walked much further.
