Bristol Zoo (at last!)

Having missed the July blip meet I finally managed to meet up with Incredibish for a very enjoyable day at the zoo. I even managed to get mrsfitzbilly to come along and take some photos, though she is still resisting actually joining blip.

Feeding time for the ring tailed lemurs was worth the admission price alone. They feed with a lot of energy and enthusiasm, though it is dangerous to get too close as Incredibish discovered when he had his sunglasses removed by a swish of a long tail!

We were also introduced to Inca terns (first extra) which some claim Incredibish used as inspiration for his splendid moustache!

Also in the extras - a lion (behind glass thankfully), poser gorilla, brilliantly coloured lorikeet and butter wouldn't melt meerkat.

Update: seal added to extras for freespiral, as she has been swimming with one today!

Finished off the day by popping into Ikea to look at some sofa beds, as you do!
