Bells

We tried another class at the gym this evening - kettle bells. Just as much of a work out as last weeks ViPR but a bit more variety. We really enjoyed it, we'll be back next week!

Quick blip tonight of a gift Jen's Mum brought back from her trip to America. She went earlier this year, you didn't know? You must be the only one, I think she tried to tell everyone (Sorry Lynn, couldn't help it but I know you'll be reading this!).
