From Rain to Shin

A day of two halves ... this morning it was chucking it down, so a morning in doing not very much!

Off to the pool for an hours structured swim training with K.

Walked out the pool to find the sky had turned blue, lovely :)

Caught a few zzz's before tonights shift.
