Throne Of Weapons
When I was on a trip to Mozambique I saw a chair built from decommissioned arms from the brutal civil war.It was designed by sculptor 'Kester'. The guns, mostly AK-47 assault rifles, were manufactured in Eastern Europe and North Korea. It is a striking symbol of the desire to replace violence and destruction with peace and creativity.
Corsham however has a more settled recent history and they don't build their chairs from weapons of war.
They knit them instead.
