Lady Bug

Walking along the trail I saw a brilliant red spot all lit up in the bushes. This little Lady just came out and posed. 

The true common name is Lady Bird Beetle. Not after Lady Bird Johnson, the First Lady from the 60's when Lynden Baines Johnson became president after President Kennedy was murdered.

Just a little bug and a little trivia.
