Messy!

It would come as no surprise that processing twelve pounds of elderberries is going to make a bit of a mess - not always this kind of mess, but a few drops and dribbles.
Fortunately, elderberry juice does not stain and can be washed without much bother, so my freezer top is pristine once more.
