Up stairs, down stairs

Spent a really interesting morning around the rejuvenated Kings Cross area yesterday, lots of new modern, exciting buildings being built but the jewel in the crown, for me, is still the two great stations.  

Having a spiral staircase in our flat l am not sure how one would get up and down this one with a suitcase (there are other ways).
