Balance

I managed not to burn the dinner tonight - I paid very close attention for nearly all of the cooking time. Mind you, the house still smelt a bit of burnt saucepan when I opened the door this evening - sometimes it takes ages for unpleasant smells to disappear. I leave you to make of that comment what you will ;)
