Aperitif

The second day of SparseDays was much better. I learned something useful for one of our students, I gave a useful reference to a student participant, and after my talk I had some useful suggestions on how to get good results for what I was talking about. It's inefficient when you think of the travelling required, but there are compensations. The organiser is a Scot, who made a small dent into the whisky collection in his office by offering aperitif after the last talks. Slainte Iain!
