Summer Is Back

The morning was spent filling boxes with cushion cover kits and then labelling them.

A parcel of pieces that we needed for some of the larger kits has failed to materialise despite being despatched on Monday. So I had to drive to the supplier in Ripon to collect 1000 more.

I then spent most of the afternoon counting them out (17 to a kit) and adding them to the boxes. Still have 30 kits left to do, which may have to wait until Saturday morning!

Some kits have sold already despite not being on the TV until Saturday. Mrs madwill will be on Hochanda at 10 a.m (Sky 673; Freeview 85; Freesat 817). Shameless plug. The TV listings incorrectly show Honey Doo!

I did get out for a short walk with Finlay (it was rather warm for him) and thought that these beech trees look rather grand against the blue sky. The only non-quilt related photo I took all day!
