Lovely in the Morning Light

Hubby has been at the beach all week; I finished up all my work early so I could join him this afternoon. I got a quick photo of my neighbor's rose in order to join the challenge of posting a flower on Friday. It was 85 F in Portland when I left, 65F in Tillamook and 55F in Rockaway because it was foggy and windy. Not the best day to add a photo of the Oregon coast.  :-))

Friends invited us over for dinner tonight, it was a nice surprise. They are great people with lots of experience in lots of areas so the conversation was very interesting. Tomorrow the wife and I are going to an art demonstration at the newly renovated old Coast Guard Pier. I am excited to see it.
