This long since abandoned and now completely derelict and overgrown small Greek Orthodox church lies hidden amongst the trees on campus near the Arnavutkoy gate.  On my way to meet friends for drinks and conversation, I stopped to take a 'derelict' photo to tag in memory of legendary Blipper Sarum Stroller, photographer extraordinaire (and founder of the 'derelict' challenge) who sadly passed away ten days ago. 

The cold and inclement weather gradually faded to be replaced by early evening sunshine so the dappled light was an unexpected  bonus.
