The sea!

For once the tide wasn’t miles away! Just a short walk. This morning was first spent on plumbing and replenishing the water softener. It involved a huge nut which Ro found hard to do up again!

Then the pair of us left Les to read his paper while we walked down to the sea. There I left Ro on a bench and crossed the sand to watch the waves and sea birds and take some shots.

Then took Les out for a brunch. Weather is beautiful but we/they are watching the Rider cup and I’m trying not to fall asleep!

This evening we are off to dinner out with Les’ friend Jane and Ro’s cousin at the Beck - a carvery.
